shuto
Blades, bikes and light trails on a ruined expressway: previz first, then video.
SHUTO is an action show about night couriers and rival bike gangs on an abandoned elevated expressway, where every on-ramp belongs to a gang and fights are blades at speed, with light trails. The first panel is one shot, SH13 the duel, as four stages of one clock: the Blender previz, a look-lab key, the video-model job, and the finished clip.
It runs on the same pipeline as Meguri on one 12 GB RTX 3060: a Blender previz scene with the choreography scripted, then depth-guided ComfyUI video. The expressway has its own 3D kit and a choreography tool; thirteen shots are blocked as previz, including the junction dive, the joust, the tunnel and the toll plaza, so the camera and the two bikes are fixed before any model touches them.
The look is the open question, so I run a look lab: fifteen looks across twelve frames each. Image models keep the layout but add riders, flip views and will not draw a head-on crossing, which is why the jousts come from previz, not from prompts. A blade and trail pass is added to the previz so the blades and the light trails follow the bikes.
What exists: previz clips for thirteen shots, 180 look-lab frames, a few finished test clips, and riso look plates for the cast. There is no finished episode and no chosen look yet. SURI, the sister idea from the same session, is shelved and not shown here.
