A 10-inch modular rack that prints with no screws.

rack10 is a 10-inch modular rack for a home lab, designed for a small 180 mm printer. Every part fits the bed, prints without supports and joins the others with printed joints only: no screws, inserts or magnets.

Levels are 4U and stack; trays slide in at any U on tongues that run in grooves. Dovetail tabs, crossbar necks and bowtie keys lock the walls together, and a fit coupon at four clearances (0.10 to 0.25 mm) sets the tolerance before the real print.

What I learned: design the joint you can test first. The coupon decides the clearance, and every part rebuilds from one parameter.
